Job Context:
∎ JOB LOCATION: Cumilla EPZ
∎ JOB NATURE: Permanent
∎ OFFICE TIME: 2.00pm to 10.00pm (follow the office time of Ireland)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The IT Support Technician will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring and securing all Portwest Networks, as well as providing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on Network Performance and Security, maintain and updating multiple internal Portwest Web Portals and databases. Among your key responsibilities will include:
∎ Provide 2nd & 3rd line support to Portwest staff (Ireland) across multiple platforms/applications.
∎ Investigating and diagnosing network/server problems
∎ Configuration and installation of IT solutions
∎ Setting up new users and management of security, passwords and backup
∎ Office 365 and SharePoint setup, security and administration
∎ Develop & Run security reports on Network/Email security
∎ Plan and manage small projects within the IT department
∎ Research and evaluate new technologies
∎ Cloud Hosted PBX setup and administration

Additional Requirements:
∎ Min 3 years' experience in a similar role
∎ Excellent Communication skills in English*
∎ Be able to work on their own initiative
∎ Ability to adapt to a dynamic working environment
∎ Cyber security exposure desirable but not essential
∎ Experience working with Hyper-V desirable
∎ Office 365/SharePoint experience essential*
