∎ Technical support: Provide technical support to users by phone, email, or remote desktop software
∎ Installation: Install and configure hardware and software
∎ Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
∎ Training: Provide training and education on software and hardware
∎ Network administration: Monitor and maintain networks
∎ System security: Ensure system security through access controls, backups, and firewalls
∎ Project support: Assist with project support, such as coordinating meetings and agendas
∎ User Service: Provide excellent user service, including coordinating repairs and preparing quotes
∎ IT asset register: Assist in maintaining the IT asset register
