∎ Diploma/Bachelors degree in CSE/CSSE/IT/EEE

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Troubleshooting support for Laptop, Printer, Photocopier and FAX machine
∎ Install Software, Office Package and Anti-Virus
∎ Install Access Control System hardware including HO and Branches
∎ Maintain Electrical power of Data centre
∎ Check UPS & Online UPS at server room
∎ Monitor Electrical tasks and Electrical assets of HO and Branches
∎ Setup Network cable for LANs of HO and Branches
∎ Support Telephone and IP PBX end user

Additional Requirements:
∎ The incumbent should have depth knowledge on electrical power and UPS.
∎ The incumbent should have good knowledge of Physical network connectivity, Network Rack, Patch Panel and Modular installation.
∎ The incumbent should have knowledge on PBX equipment’s
∎ The incumbent should have expertise on Access Control system hardware.
