Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide technical support and assistance for Camera systems, hardware, software, and peripherals.
∎ Diagnose and resolve IT-related issues reported by end-users in a timely and efficient manner.
∎ Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware and software components.
∎ Conduct regular maintenance and preventive measures to ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems.
∎ Troubleshoot network connectivity problems and ensure seamless communication between devices.
∎ Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective IT solutions.
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices.
∎ Assist in developing IT policies and procedures for the organization.
∎ Provide training and guidance to end-users on using IT systems effectively.
∎ Coordinate with external vendors for hardware and software procurement and repairs.
∎ Maintain detailed documentation of IT activities, issues, and resolutions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Previous experience in IT support, maintenance, and troubleshooting is preferred.
∎ Familiarity with a wide range of computer systems, software, and hardware.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality service.
