• Diploma or vocational training in Electrical, Electronics, IT, or a related field

• Minimum 1 year of experience in CCTV installation, configuration, and maintenance

• Strong knowledge of analog and IP camera systems

• Experience with DVR, NVR, networking, and basic IP configuration

• Ability to install, troubleshoot, and maintain CCTV cameras, cabling, and accessories

• Understanding of LAN, WAN, routers, and basic networking concepts

• Ability to diagnose system faults and provide effective solutions

• Familiarity with access control and alarm systems is an added advantage

• Physically fit and able to work at heights when required

• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team

• Honest, responsible, and committed to work

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems

• Perform regular system checks and preventive maintenance

• Troubleshoot and repair faults in cameras, recorders, and network connections

• Ensure proper cable management and system documentation

• Provide technical support and training to clients when needed

• Follow company safety and quality standards
