• Produce and maintain high quality IT documentation by applying technical writing skill about policy, procedure, validation protocols and others controlled documents

• Ensure effective control of the system development, testing and validation life cycle

• Lead and coordinate User Application Testing (UAT) to verify system reediness, validate functional requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment

• Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 and /or ISO 27001 standers by guiding teams, conducting internal assessments and facilitating compliance activities

• Facilitate IT quality circle initiatives and promote Total Quality Management (TQM)

• Strengthen IT organizational capability using CMMI frameworks by driving process maturity improvements and structure capability development initiatives

• Manage and engage cross functional stakeholders
