∎ B.S.C in Computer Science/Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support Engineer providing support for implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT systems, they oversee and resolve problems of the server, network devices, storage, and client devices, support IT systems of all end users on a daily basis by monitoring, and troubleshooting.
∎ Provide technical support and resolve hardware/software problems (pc, laptop, printer, barcode scanner, Inventory software, UPS/IPS, etc.)
∎ Maintain and configure various Wi-Fi routers, servers, and attendance devices.
∎ Install, support and maintenance of enterprise servers and storage system
∎ Perform day-to-day operation of IP and Payroll/attendance software (Unisoft).
∎ Recommend changes and implement to improve system health, system performance and network security.
∎ Give support to management by performing computer related works as per requirements.
∎ Good working knowledge of windows and Linux environment, Computer Hardware (PC Assembling, Troubleshooting).
∎ Monitor IT network system to maintain smooth/uninterrupted operations including LAN / WAN. Configure and maintain Router.
∎ Ensure data backup system is maintained while administering disaster recovery plan.
∎ Supervising the attendance software implementation process.
∎ Other duties as assigned by the management time to time.
∎ Extend full administrative support to other departments for smooth operation of the factory.

∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments/Textile/Group of Companies.
