Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum B.Sc Computer Science and Engineering from a reputable institution

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 years of hands on experience
∎ Knowledge on basic hardware, Network Operating Systems, LAN, WAN, VPN (specifically Windows Server 2012/10)
∎ Ability to meet deadlines and able to organize work effectively whilst being proactive and showing initiative and tenacity.
∎ Familiarity with Office 365, Outlook applications and other Applications.
∎ Very good verbal and written communication skills in English and native national language and Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as member of a team.
∎ Ability to train staff on the applications and provide technical training to IT Assistants and ITLPs, as and when required.
∎ Initiative to take on responsibility and work with minimal supervision and ability to suggests new ways to improve the work process and help others to build better working relationship and able to manage conflicting priorities.
∎ Ability to solve hardware problems on one's own and provide good support on applications to the users. IT Certification in Networking / Hardware. Familiar with GDPR and ITIL.
∎ Should be efficient, conscientious, accurate and organised. Flexibility and ability to meet deadlines, Solves problems with appropriate upward referral. Takes responsibility for and completes standard tasks with minimal supervision.
∎ Develop an understanding of Oxfam's Gender and Diversity policies and relate how those apply to job/work situations.

Salary:
∎ BDT. 727,205 gross per annum (13 months)
