Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering
∎ Skills Required: CCTV Maintaining, Hardware and Software Troubleshooting, IT Support Service and Network engineering., Linux, Switches/ Routers, Windows Administration, Windows OS
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify new network requirement as per the requirements of the Company
∎ Set up new PCs as per the requirement approved by the company
∎ Integrate domains for new PC users and install the PC at the user's desk
∎ Perform routine check-up-s for different IT issues
∎ Perform day to day troubleshooting against the complaints received in consultation with Department Head and/or Help Desk In-charge
∎ Identify recurring requirements for the PC users and provide necessary items in due time
∎ Update and upgrade client PCs as per new requirement
∎ To Co-ordinate with existing Software & Hardware vendor for day to day problem notified by the user Department
∎ To Control Company E-mail Account for all employee.
∎ Provide IT supports to user end for their Desktops, Laptops, Wireless Router, Scanners,
∎ Support Printers, Photocopy machine and other IT assents as per company policy.
∎ To ensure hardware, software and network, upgrades, installation, changes and re-locations.
∎ Installation & Trouble shooting Hardwar and Network related problems including windows.
∎ Design, implement and maintain of office LAN, Wifi workstations and other IT equipment's. Configure and test computer hardware
∎ Hardware maintenance and troubleshoot networking problem. Diagnose hardware and software problems, and replace defective components.
∎ Coordinate and implement network security measures in order to protect data, software, and hardware.
∎ Responsible for Time Attendance and Access Control system as per requirements.
∎ Maintain CCTV security System and IP Telephone.
∎ IT Support at user end as per requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have sound knowledge in Microsoft Windows Active Directory, DNS & DHCP Server
∎ Should have Sound Knowledge maintenance LAN & WAN workstation.
∎ Strong knowledge of handling IP Telephone
∎ Experience of handling & trouble Shooting of PoE Camera, NVR/ DVR, Video Conferencing Equipment, Finger, Attendances & Access control Device.
Salary: Negotiable
