Job Context:
∎ We are looking to hire an experienced, aggressive Telesales Executive for corporate sales by utilizing outbound telephone calls to achieve the sales targets.
∎ Products: Software as a Service (SaaS) based education ERP.
∎ Prospects: Corporates (schools and colleges).
∎ Job Location: Mirpur-10, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The telesales executive must achieve the daily, weekly & monthly sales targets by the company.
∎ Listing the prospect list on spreadsheets instructed by the company.
∎ Developing the sales strategies & planning before taking action.
∎ Creating product/brand awareness to the potential customers, using SMS, VMS, WhatsApp, etc.
∎ Scripting the cold calling & probable queries by the prospects.
∎ Developing a good relationship virtually with the potential customers before selling.
∎ Prepare the live demo presentation to present in the online medium (Zoom/Facebook).
∎ Generating the quality leads by the outbound calls for online virtual demo presentations.
∎ Conducting the live demo presentation & handling the objections with a proactive attitude.
∎ Prepare a customized & effective sales proposal and submitting by email.
∎ Follow-up the prospects to closing the sales with a professional negotiation.
∎ Close the sales, collect the advance payment & send the money receipt.
∎ Configure the software, inputs the master data & hand it over successfully with basic training.
∎ Maintaining outstanding customer relationships for further referral sales.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Aggressive sales attitude
∎ Enthusiastic & positive attitude
∎ Hard & smart worker
∎ Target & result oriented
∎ Sincere & responsible.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ With attractive sales commission. Additional income opportunity up to 30000/=

∎ The company will provide the training about the product, market, prospects, competitors & the sales process.
