Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain and manage the organization's servers, networks, and computer systems.
∎ Ensure network security and troubleshoot technical issues.
∎ Software and Hardware Management:
∎ Install, update, and maintain necessary software applications.
∎ Identify and resolve issues related to computers, printers, scanners, and other hardware devices.
∎ Ensure the security of sensitive company data.
∎ Perform regular data backups and establish data recovery procedures.
∎ Provide technical support to employees for IT-related issues.
∎ Conduct training sessions on software and hardware usage.
∎ Implement security measures to protect against cyber threats.
