Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE
∎ Preference for CCNA/MCSA/RHCE certified or equivalent.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to solve any kind of hardware/software, windows program problem.
∎ Provide IT supports for desktop, laptop & also require troubleshoot all IT Equipment
∎ & amp; Solving Problems (Printer, UPS, IPS, Switch, Router, Desktop PC, Laptop & system in used).
∎ Installing & amp; configuring windows server 2012 & 2016 and MS SQL server 2012.
∎ Responsible for ensuring full utilization of company assets and keep records of IT equipment.
∎ Able to work Mikrotik router and Juniper/Fortinet Firewall.
∎ Responsible for maintaining, protecting & developing company's IT systems such as Access level maintain, Access Control, Secures network by developing network
∎ access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; maintaining documentation systemically.
∎ Look after the Server & secure the server, also ensure data backup by systemically.
∎ Regular monitoring and ensure day to day IT operation is running smoothly.
∎ Implement organizational IT policy, rules and SOP (Standard Operating
∎ Procedure).
∎ Responsible for prepared different type of MIS report as per management required.
∎ CCTV System (IP Camera), Attendance machine configure & maintenance.
∎ Regular monitoring and ensuring smooth operations of day to day IT and IOT
∎ operations.
