Salary: Tk. 15000 - 30000 (Monthly)

Experience:

• 1 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Diagnostic Centre, Clinic, Healthcare Startup

• Diploma in Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• 1 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Diagnostic Centre, Clinic, Healthcare Startup

• Age 20 to 40 years

• Proficiency in Office Applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

• Good Typing Speed in Bengali & English.

• Expertise in Graphics Design e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.

• Ability to Solve any Hardware-Related Problems, Computer Troubleshooting, etc.

• Proficient in Basic Software Installation (e.g., Windows Server, Cisco, etc.), Operating Systems Management, Data Recovery and Security Management, etc.

• Need Excellent Communication and Inter-Personal Skills. 

• Managing overall IT Infrastructure including server systems, network systems, and hardware management.

• Maintaining websites and managing databases, ensuring smooth operation and security of network, server & application availability of users.

• Regularly task maintenance of the software to get reports smoothly. Also, candidates should know the basic programming language.

• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, software, and hardware solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, and remotely via phone, troubleshoot network and connectivity issues, including being able to terminate UTP cable for networking purposes.

• Understanding IP Phone systems, and PA Systems, also installing network, printer, hardware, and software, antivirus, and any Kind of IT equipment.

• Maintain CCTV security System & Access Control System and IT service desk (on-site & Remote).       

• Install, configure and support large-scale production and network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, load balancers and other network equipment VPN setup and troubleshooting.

• Effectively Interact with other members of the team to provide security solutions to Technical issues.

• Handle any other IT-related tasks as assigned by the management.

• Able to work under stress and team management. Therefore, flexibility is essential for this role
