This position is responsible for ensuring professional, ethical & efficient IT operations, including system administration, user support, academic and administrative data management, cost-effective technology management and ensuring the integrity and security of institutional information system.

Job Description:

• Website development and maintenance.
• Network and Troubleshooting.
• Install and configure software and hardware.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone, troubleshoot network and connectivity issue, including able to terminate UTP cable for networking purpose
• Support users with computer problems and resolve their issues
• Innovate new methods for streamlining troubleshooting and diagnosis.
• Digital marketing (Facebook, Whatsapp, E-mail etc.)
• Graphic design and video editing.
• Social Networking.
• All types of IT support.
