Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: MCP, MCSE, CCNA preferable
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To manage over all information technology and computer systems of industry.
∎ Work with ERP systems users and management to determine appropriate system configuration and setup.
∎ Configure and Manage Mikrotik Router.
∎ Configure and manage different type of VPN (IPSec, GRE, IP-IP, EoIP, PPTP, L2TP, SSL etc.).
∎ CCTV Camera Head office and Remote Location.
∎ Expert to maintain Domain File Server, DHCP Server, Print Server, Antivirus Server with policy implement
∎ Supervision of total IT Network (Head Office & Factory)
∎ Configure and manage Grandstream/ Y-start IP Telephony system
∎ Communicate with IT Vendors & arranging /participating meetings as per requirement.
∎ Preparing, evaluating & forwarding IT related official documents.
∎ Preparing & proposing IT Department Policy & Procedures
∎ Support Windows 10, 8, 7 , Mac OS, IOS, Android OS, iPhone.
∎ Hardware (Router, switches, Server), Software, Scanner, Printer and Photocopier faults.
∎ Performing other tasks assigned by MD
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
