• B.Sc./M.Sc. in CSE/IT/MIS/Software Engineering/ECE/EEE or equivalent and relevant engineering degree.

• Operating Systems: Expertise in Linux/Unix (Red Hat, Ubuntu, CentOS) and Windows Server environments (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP).
• Network Administration: Deep understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, FTP, SNMP).
• Experience configuring and managing routers, switches, firewalls, and network monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with VPNs, VLANs, subnetting, and load balancing.
• Virtualization & Cloud: Proficiency in virtualization platforms like VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Server & Storage Management: Skills in managing physical and virtual servers (like DELL EMC), including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with backup and recovery and SAN/NAS storage systems.
• Software Management: Depth knowledge on Retail ERP system. Experience on Production management, Inventory Management, POS Management, Accounts Management, Attendance system, HR and Payroll system, Digital signatory system, CRM system.
• Hands-on skills in data analysis and statistical software development as per management requirements.
• Security & Compliance: Knowledge of security best practices (firewall rules, intrusion detection, system hardening).Experience implementing access control, security patches, and updates.
• Understanding of compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA).
• Database Management: Basic understanding of database administration (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle). Experience in database backup, recovery, and performance tuning.

Monitoring & Performance Tuning:

• Proficiency with monitoring tools like Nmap, Wireshark, Zabbix, MRTG monitoring tools.
• Surveillance System management: Strong knowledge in CCTV setup, install and maintenance.
• Practical expertise on VMS, CMS, ONVIF, SmartPSS, GMDSS, CloudSEE, central monitoring system, etc.
• IT Hardware Management: Oversee the maintenance and optimization of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, peripherals, PC assembly, and IP box server services.
• Experience in hardware troubleshooting and various software installations.
• Analytical skills, report writing, and presentation skills.
• Online Marketing: Expertise on Digital marketing (Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Linkedin).
• Knowledge on E Commence and F Commerce marketing. Knowledge on Static, Dynamic and E Commerce website maintenance.
• User Support & Troubleshooting: Strong problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with end-users and providing technical support.
• Certifications & Experience: Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Networking (CCNA,CCNP, MTCNA, MTCRE).
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, MCSA, MCSE, RHCSA, or RHCE. Cyber Security: (CCSP,CNSS, CEH, EHP).
