Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design mini-websites and product pages for GGS clients.
∎ Create visually compelling presentations and pitch decks for ERP solutions and other services.
∎ Develop graphics for social media posts, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials.Technical Assistance:
∎ Manage product uploads on Alibaba.com and ensure consistent quality.
∎ Maintain and improve clients' online storefront aesthetics and usability.
∎ Collaboration & Communication:
∎ Work closely with the OBS team to meet client requirements and project deadlines.
∎ Collaborate with the New Sales and Renewals teams to create tailored presentations and marketing content.Brand Consistency:
∎ Ensure all designs align with Tradeshi's branding guidelines.
∎ Innovate new ways to visually communicate Tradeshi's value proposition to clients.Client Support:
∎ Provide basic platform training to clients on using Alibaba.com features.
∎ Maintain professionalism and people-centric communication in all client interactions.
