Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in identifying and onboarding potential clients for Alibaba.com services.
Conduct cold and warm calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
Support senior business development executives in daily sales operations.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and help track customer interactions.
Communicate with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Prepare and deliver client presentations and service proposals as needed.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach strategies.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and Alibaba.com platform updates.
Contribute to research on market trends and competitor activity.
Perform administrative and coordination tasks to support sales efforts.
