Education:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
• Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)
• Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)

• Bachelor’s Degree (or currently enrolled) in Business, Commerce, International Business, Finance, or related disciplines.

• Age 25 to 27 years

• Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla (verbal and written).
• Passion for business development, finance, and the export-import sector of Bangladesh.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel/Google Sheets, Google Docs, and online research tools.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Strong teamwork, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Emotionally intelligent, confident, and outgoing personality.

• Support the Business Development team in identifying and onboarding new clients for Alibaba.com’s Global Gold Supplier (GGS) program.
• Conduct market research on potential export sectors, business trends, and competitive landscapes.
• Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports for clients and internal use.
• Engage in client communication (via phone, email, and meetings) to provide information about services and collect necessary business data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and after-sales support.
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities organized by Tradeshi and Alibaba.com
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business development activities.
