- Bachelor’s Degree (or currently enrolled) in Business, Commerce, International Business, Finance, or related disciplines.
Requirements:
Skills Required: B2B Sales,CRM Software,Microsoft Excel,MS Word,Presentation skill
Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 27 years
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla (verbal and written).
- Passion for business development, finance, and the export-import sector of Bangladesh.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel/Google Sheets, Google Docs, and online research tools.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Strong teamwork, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Emotionally intelligent, confident, and outgoing personality.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Support the Business Development team in identifying and onboarding new clients for Alibaba.com’s Global Gold Supplier (GGS) program.
- Conduct market research on potential export sectors, business trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports for clients and internal use.
- Engage in client communication (via phone, email, and meetings) to provide information about services and collect necessary business data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and after-sales support.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities organized by Tradeshi and Alibaba.com
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business development activities.
