Responsibilities & Context:

Reports to: Managing Director, Tradeshi.

Tradeshi Ltd. is a leading partner of Alibaba.com in Bangladesh, providing businesses with access to the Global Gold Supplier (GGS) program. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a New Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, driving revenue growth, and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Acquisition:

  • Identify and target potential new clients who couldbenefit from the Alibaba.com platform and GGS program. Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business partnerships.

Sales and Negotiation:

  • Proactively generate leads through research, networking, and outreach. Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media to identify potential clients.

Lead Generation:

  • Proactively generate leads through research,networking, and outreach. Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media to identify potential clients.

Market Analysis:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitiveofferings, and market dynamics. Use this information to adjust and refine sales strategies.

Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potentialclients, understanding their unique needs and challenges. Serve as the primary point of contact during the sales process.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams, including customersupport and account management, to ensure a smooth transition for new clients and provide excellent customer service.

Sales Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads,and opportunities. Provide regular reports on sales performance and progress to management.
