Job Context

So A-ri Aesthetics & Wellness Ltd is expanding its on-ground brand presence in Uttara. We are looking for confident, energetic Field Brand Promoters who can actively promote our premium aesthetic and salon services, generate quality leads, and drive walk-in appointments to the centre.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits across Uttara and nearby residential, commercial, and lifestyle areas

• Promote clinic and salon services with a clear, sales-focused approach

• Engage, brief, and convince potential clients about services, packages, and ongoing offers

• Generate high-quality leads and convert prospects into confirmed appointments

• Achieve assigned daily and monthly lead and sales targets

• Promote the So A-ri brand at markets, malls, gyms, cafés, and residential zones

• Distribute flyers, vouchers, and promotional materials effectively

• Collect client contact details (phone numbers and WhatsApp leads)

• Encourage prospects to visit the centre and book services

• Coordinate with the front desk and sales team for appointment scheduling and follow-ups

• Follow up with interested prospects to close sales

• Maintain accurate daily lead, activity, and performance reports

• Submit daily field activity and sales reports as per management requirements

• Strictly follow marketing strategies, field guidelines, and instructions provided by management

Educational & Experience Requirements

• Minimum SSC / HSC

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in field sales or marketing
  (Beauty, clinic, telecom, FMCG experience preferred)

• Willingness to work outdoors

• Smartphones are mandatory (WhatsApp, location sharing, reporting)
