  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting, data analysis, and delivering presentations in business review meetings.

  • Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a highly compliant environment.

  • Additional Advantage:  B.Sc. in EEE/Mechanical Engineering combined with an MBA will be considered an added advantage.

  • Experience in Spare Parts Sales/After Sales Support, particularly in the Gas Generator industry, will be given preference.

  • Work Mode & Timing: 50% desk-based Job and 50% field-work (outside travel required)



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Work closely with the after-sales team to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

  • Handle spare parts sales through LC and local stock.

  • Coordinate with customers’ commercial teams (LC-related issues) and accounts teams.

  • Maintain long-term customer relationships by managing service agreements, local spare parts sales, and follow-ups on customer feedback.

  • Attend meeting calls for business discussions with customers and conduct courtesy visits for relationship building.

  • Monitor competitors’ activities and identify potential business threats.

  • Handle yearly service contract proposals and overhauling quotation offers for customers.

  • Maintain spare parts outstanding reports and ensure timely recovery.

  • Prepare account plans and internal budgeting plans for specific years and work towards achieving them.

  • Prepare internal reports and INNIO-required reports as needed.

  • Provide inputs for preparing periodic revenue and shipment reports for the finance department.

  • Assist in pricing strategies for after-sales services, spare parts, and service packages, and coordinate with sales teams to provide necessary documentation and support.
