Should have Knowledge about Gas Generator Spare Parts Sales Experience
Strong Knowledge in English Language both in listening, speaking, writing and reading.
Should be Smart, Proactive and adaptive
Should have mentality to work with complex environment.
should be comfortable working within a highly compliant environment
Adequate analytical skills are essential
Strong negotiation skill, ability to work under pressure, Sound presentation knowledge in English language.
Strong Presentation skills with stakeholder
Should have strong interpersonal relationship skills
Very Good in MS Office package (MS Word, MS Excel, power point, outlook etc.)

B.Sc. in EEE /Mechanical Engineering with MBA will be added advantage
For Executive Level 1-3 Years of Experience is required
For Senior Executive 3-6 Years of Experience is Required

Visit Regularly in the Customer site within his/her territory to meet the customer demand
Preserve and maintain customer visits and install a base report to ensure the further business requirement.
Identify, maintain and monitor Customer need/problems positively on time and give the prompt feedback/solution with best possible alternatives that are available.
Attending customer call on time and giving feedback based on support request.
Communicating with parent Company and other stakeholder for required support/ documentation/ shipment etc.
Communicating with intra departmental function for necessary technical or non-technical support
Collecting Market based information which will lead to attaining the organization goal.
Maintaining long-term customer relationship by managing service agreement, local parts and flow-up on customer feedback
Monitor competitor’s activities and identifying any business threats
Deal with yearly service contract offer, overhauling quotation offer for customer.
To Maintain spare parts outstanding inventory report and take necessary step for outstanding recovery in the market.
Making Sales Account plan, internal budgeting plans for any particulars years and achieving those.
Assist in pricing strategies for after-sales service, spare parts, and service packages.
Work with internal technical teams to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery. Act as the liaison between technical teams and customers for problem resolution.
Preparing other reports as per requirement
