We are Hiring ASM/TSO for our marketing department(GI Fittings & Other Metal Products). To conduct in assigned areas as per Sales & Marketing plan and program to promote sales and improve operational efficiency.

• Identify and follow up with new markets and dealers.

• Lead and monitor sales representatives to achieve company goals.

• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets alongside the sales team.

• Set up new dealers and ensure they follow company rules.

• Oversee territory sales, make regular market visit and develop area wise sales points (Distributors)

• Monitor collections and minimize the risk of dealer defaults.

• Track, record and report daily sales activities.

• Manage secondary sales and report daily/monthy updates to Senior managers.

• Foster SR-shopkeeper relationship to support merchandising initiatives.

• Work under the senior sales manager’s supervision to develop sales and marketing policies.

• Collect and Report competitor information and strategies to management.
