বাংলাদেশের যেকোনো জায়গায় কাজ করার ইচ্ছা থাকতে হবে।
Responsibilities & Context:
জি আই ফিটিংস, হাবস, রিম, হারভেস্টার,গ্যাস বার্নার বিক্রয়ের কাজে অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে ।
মেটাল ইন্ডাস্ট্রি বা মেটাল সম্পর্কিত ইন্ডাস্ট্রিতে কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে ।
সেলস ও মার্কেটিংয়ে দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে ।
টার্গেট ভিত্তিক কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে ।
বিক্রয়ের পাশাপাশি কালেকশন নিশ্চিত করা ।
নির্ধারিত সেলস টার্গেট পূরণ করা ।
কোম্পানির মেটাল পণ্য বিক্রয় বৃদ্ধি ও সেলস টার্গেট অর্জন করা ।
নতুন ডিস্ট্রিবিউটর/ ডিলার তৈরি করা ও পুরনো ডিস্ট্রিবিউটর/ডিলারদের সাথে শক্তিশালী সম্পর্ক বজায় রাখা ।
মার্কেট ভিজিট করে নতুন ক্লায়েন্ট তৈরি করা ।
কোম্পানির ব্র্যান্ড ইমেজ বজায় রেখে প্রফেশনাল সেলস কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করা।
নির্দিষ্ট এরিয়ার স্যানেটারি দোকান ভিজিট ও সম্পর্ক তৈরি করা ।
দৈনিক, সাপ্তাহিক, মাসিক এবং প্রয়োজনে বিশেষ রিপোর্ট সময়মতো প্রস্তুত ও জমা দেওয়া।
