Candidate should have experience in Tally Software, ERP & Oracle Based Software during his job period.

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled, detail-oriented, and experienced person to oversee the full spectrum of financial operations in our metal manufacturing organization. The role requires strong expertise in accounting, costing, compliance, and financial reporting in a heavy manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Formulate company budgets and monitor variances across operational departments.

• Analyze manufacturing costs, including raw materials, labor, and heavy machinery overhead.

• Evaluate pre-costing and post-costing for metal fabrication, casting, and custom engineering orders.

• Manage daily cash flow, fund allocation, and banking operations.

• Oversee commercial banking activities, including Letters of Credit (L/C) for heavy machinery and raw material imports, as well as export bills.

• Ensure strict adherence to local Income Tax, VAT, and Customs laws.

• Supervise vendor payments, accounts payable, and procurement bills for industrial suppliers and contractors.

• Monitor customer billing, accounts receivable, and collections for large-scale industrial or wholesale orders.

• Reconcile factory inventory, tracking raw metals, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished industrial goods.

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors.

• Lead, train, and evaluate the performance of the accounting team.

• Present financial performance reports directly to top management, highlighting margin analysis and capital expenditure impacts.
