Responsibilities & Context:
- Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets through inbound and outbound calls
- Conduct daily telemarketing outreach to potential clients and maintain a structured follow-up pipeline
- Manage customer inquiries, explain services clearly, and convert prospects into confirmed clients
- Maintain detailed call logs, lead records, and status updates in the CRM system
- Prepare daily/weekly marketing and performance reports for management
- Assist in online inquiry handling across phone, WhatsApp, email, and social channels
- Support basic company branding and promotional communication (desk-based)
- Conduct market research and competitor tracking to support marketing strategy
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and higher conversion
- Maintain professional communication standards and deliver consistent service quality
