Experience:
To lead, manage, and oversee the entire Corporate Sales to achieve organizational sales goals.
To develop long-term corporate sales strategies, business plans, and revenue growth models.
To identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with high-value corporate clients.
To organize daily, weekly, and monthly sales meetings to review performance, set priorities, and provide training.
To create, monitor, and implement sales plans, targets, KPIs, and incentive structures.
To conduct market research, competitor analysis and monitor business trends to guide decision-making and opportunities for improvement.
To negotiate business deals, pricing agreements, corporate contracts and strategic partnerships.
To prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual business performance reports for management.
To collaborate with Marketing, Product & Finance teams to develop effective sales campaigns and pricing strategies.
To represent the company in corporate meetings, business trade shows, and promotional events.
