Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Acquisition: Identify and target potential new clients who could benefit from the Alibaba.com platform and GGS program. Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business partnerships.

Sales and Negotiation: Proactively generate leads through research, networking, and outreach. Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media to identify potential clients.

Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through research, networking, and outreach. Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media to identify potential clients.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market dynamics. Use this information to adjust and refine sales strategies.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges. Serve as the primary point of contact during the sales process.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including customer support and account management, to ensure a smooth transition for new clients and provide excellent customer service.

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities. Provide regular reports on sales performance and progress to management.
