Multinational Companies, IT Enabled Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installing Operating System Microsoft Windows, Office and other software.
∎ Installing Crystal Reports.
∎ Having experience on web development related tasks.
∎ Sound knowledge of hardware, trouble shooting, printer, scanner and projector related services.
∎ Maintain all social and digital marketing related works.
∎ Setting up new user accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
∎ Monitoring and maintaining computer & network accessories, connections, regularly and resolve normal & complex issues as per guideline provided by the Manager, IT.
∎ Cabling and Crimping network cables & connectors as per requirements.
∎ To have conversation with users through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues.
∎ Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
∎ Respond to any IT related problems within agreed time limits to call-outs and provide on call service in case of emergency.
∎ Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with the employees and other professionals, e.g., software developers.
∎ Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years

∎ Excellent teamwork skills, flexibility and punctuality.
∎ Educational requirement may be relaxed for highly experienced candidate.
∎ Must be flexible with working at night, weekends and holidays.
