Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proper knowledge of computers, smartphone and Configure internal systems.
∎ Full IT system Diagnosis and Maintain IT Security infrastructure
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
∎ Conduct consistent network backup operations.
∎ Setting up of computer LAN for a new outlet while providing the solution to it matters concurrently.
∎ Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely, and via phone.
∎ Able to set up accounts for staff, educate them on login and resolve issues arising
∎ Responsible for handling network configuration, Servers, Workstations, Networking equipment, email accounts, and also support for the underlying server/desktop infrastructure.
∎ Train and coach employees on tasks and technology, communicate job expectations and appraise their performance.
∎ Design, develop, implement and coordinate IT based systems.
∎ Configure and maintain LAN, WAN and Backbone Network and hardware devices.
∎ Implement and maintain Firewall for Network Security and check regularly on network and data security, ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
∎ Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and ensure security of data and identify problematic areas and implement solutions in time.
∎ Provide solutions as necessary to the software.
∎ Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
∎ To develop effective marketing strategy and executing them.
∎ Respond to security incidents and Identify areas for improvement.
∎ Ensuring CCTV cameras are working properly and monitor footage.
∎ Ensuring Finger Print Machine are working properly and monitoring attendance.
∎ Upgrading new technology of computer and network system.
∎ Assist in Digital Marketing
