∎ Age 25 to 40 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Check and maintain day-to-day accounting activities.
∎ Assisting in the accurate recording of financial transactions in accounting software or spreadsheets.
∎ Maintaining and updating ledgers, journals, and other financial records Verify and analyze the bills and ensure to post in Tally Prime the nature of expenses.
∎ Audit, tax & VAT related assistance.
∎ Manage the daily recording of bank & cash transactions including reconciliations and monitoring of balances.
∎ Preparing all types of payment, receipt & journal vouchers.
∎ Prepare monthly Reconciliation.
∎ Bank payment & deposit (Cash/Cheque).
∎ Maintain cashbook & Bank book Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial record-keeping.
∎ Preference will be given to person having knowledge of Tally and VAT software
