Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a skilled IT professional to manage data entry, the company website, and all IT hardware and software. The candidate must possess fast and accurate typing skills in both English and Bangla, with experience in WordPress, Oracle, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management & Office Operations:
- Accurate and high-speed typing in English and Bangla
- Data entry, letter drafting, and email correspondence
- Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems
IT Infrastructure Management:
- Maintenance of all IT hardware and software
- Troubleshooting and providing timely IT support to staff
Website & Digital Platforms:
- Maintenance and management of WordPress-based company website
- Oversight and operation of Oracle database systems (Alchemy)
