∎ Skills Required: Employee Management, Invoice Processing, Management, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Office Administration, Purchase and Procurement

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Communication, Computer skill, Liaison, Microsoft Excel, Office Management, Purchase and Procurement

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
∎ Maintaining work culture.
∎ Keeping good health and safety standards for employees.
∎ Maintaining employee records.
∎ Oversee the upkeep of office premises, equipment, and vehicles.
∎ Maintains records, documentation, and files.
∎ Maintain liaison with Buyers, Sellers, and Warehouses.
∎ Procurement of office supplies.
∎ Maintain petty cash account.
∎ Make accurate data entries from invoices into company software.
∎ Oversee timely dispatch of documents.
∎ Performs other related duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
