Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in computer Science & Engineering from reputed university; MBA/ M.Sc / MIS will get privillege.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Expert in windows server, Microsoft Exchange, AD server, Tally ERP set-up/troubleshooting, Virtualization etc.
∎ Should have strong knowledge on network security, configuration & implementation.
∎ Experience configuring firewalls and/or VPNs with Microtik Router and Network Switch.
∎ Network and hardware support and maintenance, need to know Windows, Microsoft outlook (mail, Calendar, Contact etc.)
∎ Design, implement, and perform Active Directory Organization Units structure, Security.
∎ Group structure (group nesting), delegate control of OUs, and raise domain functional level.
∎ Manage the system properties, system policies and services on active directory top level domain structure and to delegate control/administration on active directory lower level domain structure.
∎ Managing schema updates, management of Active Directory domain controller FSMO roles, managing of Group policy objects (GPO).
∎ Add, remove and configure Active Directory sites, sitelinks and subnets, Diagnose and resolve problems associated with the Directory Replication service.
∎ Configure and manage the AD DNS services.
∎ Create or remove Trust relationships, design and deploy new GPO, optimize existing GPO.
∎ Perform complex Windows based issue resolution, correlation and root cause analysis on recurring issues and analytics for trend analysis.
∎ Conducting root cause analysis & Problem Management.
∎ Strong in the requirement analysis phase to understand business flow, write requirement specifications regarding above.
∎ Participate suggest and develop proposed solution to automate business processes.
∎ Competitive position, document and analyze required information.
∎ Understand overall architectural overview and technical design specifications of the proposed solution.
∎ Upgrading & maintenance website, social media advertisement.
∎ Involve in IT related procurement, negotiation, under selection.
∎ Review, maintain and develop IT policy and procedures which support the organization needs and strategic objectives.
∎ Secure an appropriate level of user access to the system.
∎ Manage day to day operation of the IT function.
∎ Ensure data protection and understand data security management.
∎ Provide the required IT functionality, software & hardware, in an effective, efficient, secure & cost conscious manner.
∎ Should have strong knowledge on network security, configuration & implementation

∎ Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.
∎ Support - servers, routers, switches, firewalls, IP phones, CCTV, IP camera, mail Server, file server, Security Updates and Patches.
∎ Should have experience with DNS, DHCP, MS Exchange etc.
∎ Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
∎ Should have team building capacity & positive attitude towards work.
∎ Must possess high level of troubleshooting and analytical skill
∎ Ability to manage multiple tasks in a shift, under strict deadlines with high quality of delivery
∎ The candidate should be self-driven to work under pressure, result focused with "can do" attitude.
