Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Computer in CSE or IT

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all support - Network, Hardware, Software, Antivirus etc.
∎ Maintain software and ensure proper support to the users
∎ Provide hardware & troubleshooting support
∎ Control CCTV system - monitor, maintain, provide servicing, trouble shoot, report etc.
∎ Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
∎ Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
∎ Audit systems and assess outcome
∎ Handle and ensure timely management of all IT system
∎ Manage software, setup and troubleshoot LAN and any other internet service-related issues
∎ Update anti-virus software
∎ Maintain UPS & Stabilizer
∎ Monitor and ensure the WIFI network
∎ Create meeting presentation, Slideshow and assist official activities
∎ Attend and resolve user support (network, PC/laptop, printer, scanner, projector, Wi-Fi/internet and other IT devices) effectively and efficiently
∎ Any other task as assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge about hardware, software and server
∎ Certification in CCNA, Security is preferred
∎ Experience of IP Subnetting, routing, VLAN & ACL etc.

Salary: Negotiable
