Job Context:
∎ The Management of korean skin and health care centre is looking for Qualified & Dynamic Accounts Officer for immediate appointment.
∎ Our company is seeking an exceptional Service Delivery Leader, with experience in delivering operational excellence in single and multiple sites in a high growth environment ideally with a background in BPO or CX Campaign.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ As an IT Executive your task will be maintaining computer systems and making sure that all IT-related devices are functioning properly. Provide technical support and resolve hardware/software problems of the organization's assets as well as you have to Keep track of all IT assets and transfer them to other departments in accordance with policies and requirements. You have to ensure that systems stay secure, technology support is available
∎ Your work will directly contribute to us achieving our long term ambitions. Your key responsibilities will include:
∎ Ensure an effective, resilient and responsive IT support (Hardware, software, networking) to different operation units.
∎ Configure, implement and troubleshoot active network equipment like- switches, routers, network appliances, firewalls, Wi-Fi.
∎ Identify single point of failure in network & system and ensure redundancy planning.
∎ Maintain & troubleshoot Windows server, AD, email services
∎ Ensure System and data backup, archiving, recovery and provide expert support when necessary
∎ Protect Data in internal computing systems from un-authorized users and viruses
∎ Monitor and report on network performance metrics, identifying network utilization
∎ Screen the IT Ticketing Application and provide the related solutions get to the users in time with accuracy as per SLA
∎ Responsible for LAN and WAN maintenance by keeping close liaison with ISP
∎ In association with HR, taking all necessaries actions for exit employee, completing Technology Clearance Process
Additional Requirements:
∎ CCNA/MCSA certification will be added advantage
∎ Experience configuring firewalls, VPNs and Network Switch & router, Windows server
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, both on a proactive, planned, project basis as well as a crisis/problem recovery situation
∎ Should have knowledge on HA, AD system, Server, DNS
∎ Experience to implement Resource monitoring & utilization tools
∎ Knowledge on LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, L2 & L3 Connectivity, VPN, Tunneling, and Internet connectivity products
