Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Website Development, wordpress cms
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, testing and reporting
∎ Develop and implement e-commerce strategy in order to improve website performance
∎ Work with the marketing team or manage digital marketers in order to improve quality and traffic acquisition
∎ Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve website performance
∎ Analyze various data in order to deliver data-driven strategies in order to deliver top performance and achieve KPIs
∎ Oversee or directly manage digital marketing channels across PPC, SEO, Display, affiliates and email marketing and social media
∎ Develop a content calendar and oversee website uploads and landing pages development
∎ Report on performance
∎ Manage and track orders
∎ Need to reply to Customer Questions and place order.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Certification in Website Development will get be advantage.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 14000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ For the right candidate Salary May Increase after 3 Month Of the Probation Period.
