∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintenance, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, installing OS/software, and networking, either over the phone or in person.
∎ Prepare, Install, Configure & Setup and also provide extensive support to PC, workstation, Laptop, UPS, Printer, multifunctional printer,) related Hardware and software issues instantly.
∎ Prepare, Install, Configure & Setup of various types of Smart Phone (phone etc.) for top management with an email facility.
∎ Keep computer systems running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them
∎ Determining IT budget and equipment needs
∎ Ensuring clients websites and applications stay up and running and offering technical support.
∎ Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports that deliver technical assistance to the entire organization.
∎ Inventory Management of Computer Hardware, Laptop, Printer, UPS, Scanner, Multimedia Projector and Various types of Software and operating system.
∎ Configuration and maintaining LAN/WAN/WIFI setup and troubleshooting.
∎ Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Entire Call Centre System
∎ Provide IT supports to user end for their desktops, laptops, wireless routers, scanners, printers and other IT assets as per company IT policy
∎ Configure Mail client for exchange/POP/IMAP and troubleshooting
∎ Experience in handling & troubleshooting of IP camera, CCTV, video conferencing equipment, & access control device
∎ Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
∎ Maintenance of IT inventory for both hardware and software and maintaining proper documentation
∎ Work closely with the other team members with a positive team player attitude
∎ Network cabling and provide basic support of networking
∎ Communicate with different service providers/vendors/organizations (sslwireless, basis) and take necessary steps as per requirements
∎ Analyze records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues
∎ Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and identifying opportunities for innovation, cost savings, etc.
