Job Responsibilities:
∎ IT In-charge will provide company a wider vision and leadership enabling the organization to achieve strategic technology and business objectives. IT Manager directs the planning and implementation of systems in support of business operations in order to improve cost effectiveness, service quality and business development. This individual is responsible for all aspects of the Information and Communication systems. IT Manager will report directly to the CEO and will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to improve the overall efficiency and productivity of the company.
∎ Provide IT support for desktop, laptop & also require to troubleshoot all IT Equipment & Solving Problems (Printer, Switch, Router, Desktop PC, Laptop & system is used)
∎ Company user's mail configured in Microsoft outlook, Windows Live mail
∎ Identifying and monitoring recurring requirements for all computer/laptop users and formulating and implementing desired solutions for them accordingly
∎ Lead to control security of all technology, IT materials, computers, etc. and manage inventory
∎ Creating design artwork. Having ability to make Company logo, brochure, branding design, Photo editing, Video editing as well
∎ Understanding of Computer power and UPS, Suitable system of power, online and offline UPS Support for Video Conference Zoom, Teams, and other communication platforms
∎ Internetworking concepts and being able to manage office networks
∎ Strong Knowledge on Domain, Hosting, cPanel, SSH
∎ Sound knowledge on ERP installation, maintenance and backup CCTV System (IP Camera), Attendance machine configure & maintenance
∎ Designing, implementing, developing and maintaining ASP.Net C# (MVC,Core), SQL Server based applications.
∎ Structure Organizations goal through IT.
∎ Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
∎ Monitoring & managing IT team.
∎ Ensure effective IT infrastructure management.
∎ Effective budget Management for IT department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Overall Experience: 7+ (Worked as Leading Position of IT for 3-4 years)
∎ At least 3 years direct work experience as IT In-charge in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.
∎ ERP implementation experience at least 2-3 years as Team leader or Project Manager.
∎ Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
∎ Must have Hands on experience in Data Base Administration, hardwiring and Networking.
∎ Programming Knowledge (Java/c++/ Others).
∎ Data Centre and Disaster Recovery setup Knowledge will add value.
∎ Professional Certifications: CCNP, CISA, COBIT etc will be preferable, knowledge of IT infrastructure.
