Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Computer, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in CSE
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Hospital
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To manage and configure network devices including network switches, routers to ensure connectivity of computers and other network devices.
∎ To manage and configure hospital management software.
∎ To manage and configure Server, CCTV, IP Phone, PABX, IP Phone Server, Attendance device.
∎ To configure and manage MikroTik router to ensure internet access control, website access control, bandwidth control and clean network structure.
∎ To configure and manage website domain, hosting, email services including update website contents.
∎ To prepare documents and make presentation for official meetings.
∎ To manage BDJobs corporate account.
∎ To manage network connectivity of all machine including medical devices.
∎ To manage and configure antivirus server and clients to ensure security of all computers and laptops.
∎ To expert of Microsoft word, excel, power point, outlook, Bangla typing, English typing, internet, LAN, bandwidth, operating system.
∎ Troubleshoot hardware, software and network system.
∎ Provide individual training and all recommendations about IT related issues, accessing information and support.
∎ SMS Marketing, Email marketing, Social media Marketing including all type of digital media marketing.
∎ Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
∎ Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
∎ Smartphone & Tab support.
∎ To purchase computer and IT related products.
∎ To assist staffs by typing, checking email, editing documents, printing, etc.
∎ To train staffs time to time to ensure basic computer knowledge.
∎ To configure computer hardware including laptop, printer, scanner, barcode printer, barcode scanner, etc.
∎ To configure computer software including setup operating systems, internet browsers, Microsoft office, visual basic, crystal report, etc.
∎ To support staffs for computer hardware and software problems.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Able to work in Islamic environment.
∎ To support 24 hours by phone or remote desktop.
∎ Able to work anytime including off day or holiday if required.
∎ Able to work any location outside company if required.
∎ Performing any other assignments given by the Management as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Working independently with little supervision.
∎ Multi-tasking and strong work ethics.
∎ Should be smart, energetic with excellent interpersonal & communication skills in Bengali & English.
∎ Ready to work even in any national & religious holiday and willingness to work long hours.
Salary: Negotiable
