∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in CSE
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ A reputed multinational company is looking for an IT executive based on Part time Contract - Tech Support, Technology Division, Access Network etc.
∎ Workplace: Work at office - Monday/Wednesday/Thursday 1:30pm to 6:00pm (3 days a week)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Laptop, user, network, server, printer and Wi-Fi support for the office.
∎ A good knowledge of Windows Server and networking.
∎ Strong communication, analytical and troubleshooting skills with emails and conference calls with head office IT outside Bangladesh.
∎ Responsible for installing, configuring and maintaining the core router, switch, and managed switches.
∎ Make sure that core network configured by complying with the security standards of the company.
∎ Maintaining detailed Logs on a weekly basis of the IT complaints and their resolutions.
∎ Maintaining detailed Repair and Maintenance log of costs of all IT equipments (laptops, printers, router, network, server etc)
∎ Maintain recurring expense log of costs related to all individual user and common IT equipments like paper, toner etc.
∎ Maintain the IT asset list with complete details by user and common IT equipments.
∎ Maintain core network by actively identifying faults and vulnerable areas within the network's architecture.
∎ Maintain KPIs on all IT issues as identified in Bi-monthly meetings with Management.
∎ To identify, analyze,correct, record the issues that hamper the performance of the network
∎ Conduct network schedule backups according to company
∎ All Misc IT related issues
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Network Engineer & Network/IT Administrator
∎ Knowledge, Competencies & skills:
∎ Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.
∎ Good communication written and spoken skill in English.
∎ Very good skills in MS Office.
Salary: Negotiable
