Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree in any discipline (IT).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage IT Infrastructure & Network Security, Installing, configuring & maintaining computer (Desktop/Laptop) hardware, software, networks, printers, scanners, and other IT applications.
∎ Overseeing all technical support and troubleshooting activities related to Network printers, LaserJet printers, photocopy machines, scanners, CCTV cameras, Face Attendance Devices, Access Control Devices, Multimedia Projectors, etc.
∎ Maintaining IP/PABX Solutions with support whenever required.
∎ Technical Support for the In-house call center Department.
∎ Maintain LAN and internet connectivity products and their installation and configuration and troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve computer and network/connectivity problems;
∎ Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
∎ Installing, configuring, and maintaining PC, laptops, UPS, printers, IP PABX, IP surveillance, and other IT devices related.
∎ Responsible for the smooth operation of computer hardware, operating systems, applications, and network infrastructure.
∎ Documenting, tracking and monitoring the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
∎ Familiar with windows, Mac and Linux operating systems in different versions.
∎ Providing constant support in the required areas instructed by the management.
∎ Good knowledge on antivirus software and rescues a system infected with viruses.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
