• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in CSE, IT, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or related fields.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading or Export/Import, Consulting Firms, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Real Estate, Immigration/Visa Processing, Developer

• Age 20 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Proficiency in IT management and troubleshooting.
• Expertise in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop)
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Marketing).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently.
• At least 1 year of experience in IT support, graphic design, or digital marketing.
• Proven experience in managing IT systems, creating design assets, and running marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali.
• Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools.

Job Context

This combined role involves managing IT infrastructure, designing impactful marketing materials, and implementing digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will work closely with various teams to ensure seamless IT operations, compelling graphic designs, and effective digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

IT Management:

• Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems, including hardware and software.

• Ensure network security and data protection.

• Provide technical support and training to staff.

• Manage IT projects, system upgrades, and backups.

• Collaborate on IT-driven innovations and system enhancements.

Graphic Design:

• Design marketing materials, including brochures, banners, and digital assets.

• Develop and maintain the company’s visual identity and branding.

• Understand and execute department-specific design needs.

• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs.

Digital Marketing:

• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance online presence.

• Manage social media accounts, email campaigns, and SEO optimization.

• Analyze marketing data and prepare performance reports.

• Develop creative and engaging content for web and social platforms.

General:

• Maintain accurate records of IT issues, design projects, and campaign analytics.

• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

• Stay updated with trends in IT, graphic design, and digital marketing.
