Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context

Customer support executives manage a team of customer support representatives and maintain customer satisfaction. They ensure that the team is adequately trained to promote excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone and email.

  • Manage and resolve customer complaints .

  • Identify and escalate priority issues .

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries are resolved.

  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions .

  • Provide exceptional customer service .
