Job Context
Customer support executives manage a team of customer support representatives and maintain customer satisfaction. They ensure that the team is adequately trained to promote excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone and email.
Manage and resolve customer complaints.
Identify and escalate priority issues.
Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries are resolved.
