  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Admin, Administration, Customer.

  • Relationship Management (CRM), Receptionist/ Front Desk .

  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Centre, Real Estate, Developer.

  • Well conversant over the telephone.

  • Front Desk or Receptionist experience would be preferable.

  • Must have to look decent & talk smart.

  • Height above 5.3 feet will get preference.



Responsibilities & Context:

A receptionist is the company`s liaison with customers, management, and employees, ensuring professionalism and courtesy to build a strong reputation.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and maintain a record of all the guests coming to the office.

  • Receive and maintain all telephone calls & respond to them in a well- manner, record all telephone

  • messages and send those to the concerned desk/s.

  • Effectively communicate with clients and employees.

  • Ensure knowledge of staff movements inside and outside of the company.

  • Call up interview candidates or others as per instruction.

  • Receive, check and dispatch bills, letters, messages, and documents that come to reception and send it to the appropriate places.

  • Provide general administration support.

  • Maintain & organize the reception area.

  • Record, maintain and share information.

  • Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management.
