Job Responsibilities:
∎ Higher priority base support for Insurance ERP Software users within the Company to run business smoothly.
∎ Ensure user supports at Head Office and Branches.
∎ Troubleshoots the problem of IT devices.
∎ Create domain user and deploy access policy.
∎ Monitoring MIkrotik & CISCO router,Fortigate Firewall, NAS.
∎ Solve user access problem in ADS, NAS, Mail server.
∎ Monitoring all IT services of the Company and ensure healthy network.
∎ Install and configue OS,Wifi router.
∎ Monitoring Branch offices data connectivity with Head office and communication with ISPs.
∎ Manage and nagotiate vendors to keep stable IT service for the Company.
∎ Any other IT related tasks given by the Department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ 2-3 years of experience in IT support/ System Support/ Network Support.
∎ Understand Non-life insurance trade.
∎ Should have good experience on Microsoft OS.
∎ Hands on experience in TCP/IP, LAN, Switch,
∎ Basic knowledge and functioning of Router, Network Storage, CCTV and Access Control, Windows server, DNS, ADDS and GPO.
∎ Able to create & assign domain user.
∎ Have good troubleshooting knowledge on Desktop, Laptop, Printers and others IT devices.
∎ Any vendor certifications will get advantage.
∎ Must include Linkedin profile link in the CV.
∎ Good problem solving ability.
∎ Good Communication skills in both Bangla & English.
