∎ Excellent communicator, ability to interpret highly technical information in non-technical terms.
∎ Experience with a wide variety of networks and systems (have supported over 60 different companies).
∎ Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to quickly identify and resolve problems.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ability to administrate and maintain corporate information technology infrastructures on many levels: compliance (SEC/FINRA, SOX, FDA “Part 11”, MA 201 CMR 17.00 “Mass Data Security Laws”); security (firewalls, antivirus, policy management, monitoring, permissions, email, etc.); network switching, routing, and wifi; phone systems and UCAAS; a wide range of operating systems and business applications including Windows Server, Exchange, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Office 365; data storage and backup; business continuity and disaster recovery; remote access and “work from anywhere”.
∎ Technical operations manager helping an MSP jump to the next stage of maturity·
∎ Identify bottlenecks to growth and implement key process, structure, and communications·
∎ Standardize and optimize core processes, and innovate optimal growth strategies
∎ Lead technical team, provide technical coaching, engineering, and escalation support and many more
∎ Inspiring and motivating technical team leader with diverse and cross-cultural members.
∎ Able to quickly assess and integrate new information.
∎ Technical operations manager helping an MSP jump to the next stage of maturity.

∎ Configure and maintain servers, workstations, various software applications, printers, network firewall, switches, routers, phone systems, etc.
∎ Meet with clients for technology strategy, planning, and budgeting services.
∎ Provide overflow helpdesk support as needed to maintain exceptionally high response times and issue resolution times.
