∎ Participating in analysis of requirements, scope definition, solution design, and implementation in collaboration with stakeholders.
∎ Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
∎ Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation.
∎ Staying up to date on the latest processes and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
∎ Familiarity with project management methodologies and software development lifecycle.
∎ Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and teams across multiple regions Knowledge of relevant tools such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Confluence, etc.
∎ Candidates with either 2 years of experience as a Business Analysis/Product Analyst/Product Owner/Product Manager in the IT Industry or 2 to 4 years of experience in any Software Engineering lead role, such as Business Analyst/Project Analyst/SQA, are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We're looking for an enthusiastic individual to aid product teams in gathering and documenting system information, evaluating capabilities, and facilitating communication between end-users and developers. Strong communication skills, proactiveness, and a sense of responsibility are essential.
∎ Engage with stakeholders to understand key requirements and workflows.
∎ Provide creative solutions for better user experience and translate them into clear system requirements.
∎ Develop technical proposals and documentation including detailed use cases, supporting functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
∎ A full understanding of agile methodology and practical experience using Scrum framework (Jira/Confluence proficiency).
∎ Support internal cross-functional activities for successful product releases.
∎ Exhibit excellent business communication, negotiation, and formal presentation skills.
∎ Capable of handling multiple tasks concurrently and meeting tight deadlines.
